Luke was fantastic at planning and managing a recent build project for us. The project took around 12 months from concept to finish. Throughout the process, from start to finish, Luke and his team were responsive, attentive, and very flexible, particularly to any unforeseen amendments that arose during the course of construction. From architectural drawings, structural survey, liaising with building control, managing the construction and final sign off, Smart Developments were simply fantastic, and we are very grateful for the partnership.
